Buying an Alveo Property from Abroad: An OFW Guide

OFW buyers are a substantial share of Alveo Land's market — and the developer is set up to make the process workable from anywhere. Here's the typical flow.

1. Reservation by signed PDF

You can review the project's brochure (we have official PDFs in EN, JA, and Simplified Chinese for many Alveo projects) and confirm a unit. The Reservation Agreement is signed digitally or via DocuSign-style platforms, and the reservation fee (typically ₱25,000–₱50,000) is paid by remittance or card.

2. Down payment over construction

Equal monthly installments are auto-debited from a Philippine bank account or paid via remittance for the construction window. This is interest-free in most Alveo schemes. You don't need to be physically present.

3. Special Power of Attorney (SPA)

For document signings that traditionally require physical presence (like the Contract to Sell or Pag-IBIG paperwork), an SPA executed at your nearest Philippine Embassy or Consulate authorizes a trusted representative — often a family member — to sign on your behalf. We coordinate the SPA template with you.

4. Bank loan or Pag-IBIG at turnover

OFWs are Pag-IBIG eligible (MP1/MP2 contributions count). Alternatively, partner banks (BPI, Security Bank, Metrobank, BDO, etc.) offer OFW-specific home-loan products with USD/SGD/AED-friendly income proof.

5. Turnover and rental

When your unit turns over, you can fly in to inspect or assign a representative. Many OFWs lease out the unit immediately to recover the bank-loan amortization until they retire or relocate home.
