Overview

Gardencourt Residences is Ayala Land Premier's second address in Arca South, a 2.1-hectare community of five cascading towers arranged around the Gardencourt, a green courtyard of more than 6,000 square meters. Molave, at 19 storeys and 134 units, and Narra, at 22 storeys and 230 units, are the first two towers to rise, together holding 364 residences. Homes run from 68 to 261 square meters across one, two and three-bedroom layouts, each with a balcony facing either Arca Main Street or the courtyard itself. The address is East Union Drive in Barangay Western Bicutan, roughly 7 to 8 kilometers from Bonifacio Global City and the Makati Central Business District.

Gardencourt Residences stands along East Union Drive in Barangay Western Bicutan, Taguig, on Arca Main Street, the 4.5-hectare park spine of the estate, with the linear Fitness Park along its southern edge. Arca South is Ayala Land's 74-hectare master-planned estate, reached today through SLEX by way of the East Service Road and the Skyway, and through C-5. Planned future access includes the Metro Manila Subway Project, the Taguig City Integrated Terminal Exchange, the Metro Manila Expressway (C-6 Stage 1), the Southeast Metro Manila Expressway and a government-initiated Skyway exit.
