Overview

Ayala Greenfield Estates spans 350 hectares of rolling terrain in Calamba, Laguna, rising from 70 to 315 meters above sea level with open views of Laguna de Bay and the forested slopes of Mt. Makiling. Launched in 2000, the village is anchored by the 62-hectare Ayala Greenfield Golf and Leisure Club, an 18-hole par-72 course measuring 7,200 yards. The Village Clubhouse adds an infinity pool and jacuzzi, a fitness gym, an indoor basketball court, and indoor and outdoor tennis and badminton courts, while a View Pavilion at the highest point of the village looks out over the lake. Lots run from compact neighborhood parcels of about 400 sqm to hillside estate lots of up to 5,000 sqm, all reached from the Calamba (Turbina) exit off SLEX.

Location

The village lies in Brgy. Pansol, Calamba, Laguna, on rolling ground between Mt. Makiling and Laguna de Bay, with site elevations of 70 to 315 meters above sea level. Access is from the Calamba (Turbina) exit of SLEX, then along the Pan Philippine Highway to the front gate, with the Cabuyao, Silangan and Canlubang exits to the north, the road onward to Los Baños to the south, and CALAX in the wider road network. Parts of the estate are bounded by a Makiling Forest Reserve buffer zone and the Bucal River. Also within reach are the NUVALI district with Solenad and Lakeside Evozone, Xavier School and Miriam College, and Sta. Elena Golf and Country Club.
