Ciela at Aéra Heights

Overview

Ciela is the residential village of Aéra Heights, the highland district of Aéra, the roughly 1,000-hectare estate Ayala Land is developing with the Kuok Group across Carmona and Silang, Cavite. Its 162 hectares hold 570 lots of 450 to 1,987 sqm, laid along the natural ridges so that homes look down over the greenways threading the site. Around 70 percent of the village is open space, at a density of about four lots per hectare. Residents share a Social Hall complex, a Sports Center with a 25-metre four-lane lap pool and outdoor tennis courts, and a Residents' Lounge at the tip of a ridge with an infinity pool.

Location

Ciela is in Brgy. Lantic, Carmona, Cavite, within Aéra Heights, the highland residential district of an estate that spans close to 1,000 hectares from Carmona to Silang. CALAX runs 45 kilometres from SLEX at Mamplasan to CAVITEX in Kawit, with the Silang East interchange also feeding the Cavite to Nasugbu expressway. Governor's Drive and the SLEX Carmona exit are the other main approaches, and the DPWH Carmona-Timbao Bypass Road is set to connect to Laguna Boulevard and on to Nuvali. The terrain rolls between roughly 130 and 218 metres above sea level, its waterways carving the ridges the lots sit on.
