Virendo

Overview

Virendo is Ayala Land Premier's first residential neighborhood in Davao City, a 57-hectare enclave in the district of Toril about 16 kilometers from the city center. Phase 1 and Phase 2 Tranche 1 release 206 lots from 450 to 1,803 sqm across five classifications, arranged around greenways and landscaped courtyards. Two amenity cores serve the village, a Residents' Lounge and a Sports and Leisure Center, each with its own pool complex and lawn. Elevations reaching 237 meters above sea level open the village to the Talomo-Apo mountain ranges on the west and Davao Gulf on the east. Phase 1 turnover is set for Q2 2029.

Location

Virendo occupies Brgy. Marapangi and Brgy. Catigan in the Toril District, the fifth largest district in Davao City, roughly 16 kilometers from the city center and reached by the Davao City Diversion Road (Pan-Philippine Highway, AH26) toward the Toril and Mintal area. It rises within a master-planned, mixed-use, self-sustaining community. The elevation brings a cool breeze and long views, Davao Gulf to the east and the Talomo-Apo mountain ranges to the west.
