Anvaya Cove
Ayala Land Premier's 620-hectare seaside leisure community in Bataan, with 3.5 kilometers of coastline and a championship golf course.
Overview
Anvaya Cove is Ayala Land Premier's pioneer seaside leisure community, a 620-hectare estate in Morong, Bataan set where the mountains meet Subic Bay. Launched in 2005, it has grown into 17 neighborhoods anchored by a 10-hectare Beach and Nature Club fronting 3.5 kilometers of coastline. Its all-weather 18-hole, par-72, 7,200-yard championship course was named the Philippines' Best Golf Course at the 2021 World Golf Awards. Homes range from low-density residential lots at 6 to 13 lots per hectare to mid-rise condominium suites and two-bedroom townhouses, all within 12.9 kilometers of the Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
Location
The estate occupies the Subic Bay coast at Sabang, Morong, Bataan, 12.9 kilometers from the Subic Bay Freeport Zone and 24.5 kilometers from Harbor Point. The drive from Metro Manila runs through NLEX and SCTEX, then Maritan Highway, Argonaut Highway, Corregidor Road and the SBMA-Morong Road. Views open onto Subic Bay, Grande Island, Buin Cove and the Silanguin and Zambales mountain ranges, with terrain rising to 130 meters above mean sea level. Regional infrastructure cited in recent project briefings, among them the Bataan-Cavite Interlink Bridge, the Subic-Freeport Expressway expansion and Clark International Airport, continues to improve access to the area.
