Andacillo

Overview

Andacillo is the pioneer residential enclave of NUVALI Heights, Ayala Land Premier's first highland address inside the NUVALI eco-city in Calamba, Laguna. Its 45-hectare masterplan holds only 396 lots at roughly eight per hectare, keeps half the land as open space, and clusters homes around thirty courtyards so that about 71 percent of residences face a pocket park. Lots run from 500 to 975 square meters, averaging 586, across seven residential configurations and four neighborhoods. Sitting between 185 and 271 meters above sea level, the village trades lowland heat for cooler air, long views toward the Tagaytay Ridge, and a wooded river edge along the Cauang-Cauang.

Location

Andacillo lies in NUVALI Heights, Barangay Canlubang, Calamba City, the newest and highest district of the 2,290-hectare NUVALI eco-city that spans Sta. Rosa, Cabuyao and Calamba. NUVALI Heights covers more than 400 hectares of undulating terrain between 185 and 428 meters above sea level, and Andacillo itself rises from 185 to 271 meters, backdropped by the Tagaytay Ridge and edged on the east by the wooded Cauang-Cauang River corridor. Access is by the NUVALI Heights Estate Road off the NUVALI Estate Road, with the Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road and the SLEX exits at Sta. Rosa, Cabuyao, Silangan, Canlubang and Calamba serving the estate. Riomonte, Cerilo and Montecito are among the neighboring NUVALI villages.
