Overview

Arcilo is Ayala Land Premier's tenth neighborhood in NUVALI, a 30-hectare village of 273 residential lots laid out beneath a canopy of fully grown acacia trees. Half of the property is kept as open space, anchored by Acacia Park, more than 1.6 hectares of grove at the center of the village, and by a clubhouse with a social hall, residents' lounge, swimming pool and multi-purpose court. Lots run from 400 to 1,923 sqm across five classifications on relatively flat terrain. Prime lots are regular in shape and can be combined, while select Park Premier lots facing the park can be subdivided into two or three parcels for a family that intends to stay.

Location

Arcilo sits in the NUVALI South district of NUVALI, Ayala Land's 2,400-hectare eco-city spanning Sta. Rosa, Cabuyao and Calamba in Laguna, surrounded by the brand's other villages there. It fronts Evoliving Parkway, which leads quickly to NUVALI Boulevard and the rest of the estate, and its western edge is bordered by the Cauang-Cauang River. Village elevation ranges from about 145 to 175 meters above sea level.
