Overview

Enara is Ayala Land Premier's highest-elevation village in NUVALI, a 53.1-hectare enclave of 415 lots on gently rolling ground in Barangay Canlubang, Calamba City. Sitting between 242 and 337 meters above sea level, it opens to views of Tagaytay Ridge, Mt. Makiling and Laguna de Bay, with 52.1 percent of the village held as open space at a density of 7.8 lots per hectare. Phase 1A covers 21.2 hectares and releases 153 lots of 505 to 925 sqm across four classifications. They are arranged around an amenity core whose village clubhouse, by PXP Design Workshop, gathers a social hall, residents' lounge, lounge pool and multi-purpose court. A single controlled main gate, a 20-meter main road with dedicated bike lanes and 16-meter arterial roads order the plan.

Location

Enara sits in Barangay Canlubang, Calamba City, within the southern residential cluster of NUVALI known as NUVALI Heights. It adjoins the village of Andacillo to the north and is bounded by the Cauang-Cauang River and Barangay Mabato to the south and east. NUVALI itself is a 2,400-hectare mixed-use eco-estate spanning Sta. Rosa, Cabuyao and Calamba, reached from Metro Manila via SLEX and served by the Nuvali Flyover completed in December 2024. Retail, offices, schools and hospitals all sit within the same estate.
