Parklinks North and South Towers

Overview

Parklinks North and South Towers are Ayala Land Premier's first residences within Parklinks, a 35-hectare estate spanning Quezon City and Pasig along the Marikina River. Each tower rises 55 floors on the Quezon City bank, and together they hold 593 one to four-bedroom homes of roughly 70 to 306 square meters. Floor plates are kept to four to nine units, so privacy is written into the plan rather than promised after the fact. Every tower carries a 10th floor amenity deck and a 45th floor Horizon Terrace, and the podium opens directly to the Esplanade and to Ayala Malls Parklinks.

Location

The towers stand on E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue (C-5) in Barangay Ugong Norte, Quezon City, on the west bank of the Marikina River. Parklinks itself covers 35 hectares across Quezon City and Pasig, joined by the 110-meter Parklinks Bridge, with Ortigas Avenue about 1.0 km away, Katipunan Avenue 1.2 km, Bonny Serrano Avenue 2.0 km and EDSA 2.2 km. East-facing homes look toward the River Esplanade and the Antipolo mountain range, while west-facing homes take in Ayala Malls Parklinks, Greenmeadows and the Ortigas skyline.
