Miravera

Overview

Miravera is Ayala Land Premier's first residential development in Bulacan, a lot-only village of 29.32 hectares set on the ridges of the Altaraza estate in San Jose del Monte. Its 156 lots run from 425 to 5,500 sqm across six categories, from regular Prime lots to Hillside Estate parcels along the main ridge. Fifty-seven percent of the property is kept as open space, including a preserved teak grove and stands of mature acacia. Elevations reach 129 metres above sea level, opening the village to the Sierra Madre, the surrounding hillsides and the distant Metro Manila skyline.

Location

Miravera sits in Brgy. Tungkong Mangga, San Jose del Monte City, within Altaraza, the 70-hectare Ayala Land estate that also holds a Central Plaza, a Rain Garden and an Urban Hub. The village takes direct access to Quirino Highway through the Altaraza Spine Road. The San Jose del Monte station of MRT-7 is roughly five to ten minutes away, on a 22-kilometre, 14-station line running to North Avenue in Quezon City. The land is rolling, from 74 to 129 metres above sea level.
