Ayala Westgrove Heights covers more than 400 hectares of rolling land in Silang, Cavite, on a site that was once a mango orchard whose mature trees and birdlife were largely preserved. Phase 2D is offered as the village last phase, with Tranche 1 releasing 33 lots across 6 hectares at a density of 5.5 lots per hectare. Those lots run 435 to 1,090 sqm and average 656 sqm, at 227 to 248 meters above sea level. Across the wider phase map, village lots range from 400 to 1,100 sqm. Location

The village lies in Silang, Cavite, on land that was formerly a mango orchard, with Phase 2D running along the Cavite-Laguna Expressway alignment at the southern edge. Entry is through the Acacia Gate and the Sampaloc Gate. Phase 2D Tranche 1 sits at 227 to 248 meters above sea level, with lots addressed off Sampaloc Drive and the Shecodilla, Sineugkelas, Tindalo and Alumingas streets.
