Crescent Grove

Overview

Crescent Grove is Ayala Land Premier's newest lot-only village inside the Vermosa estate along Daang Hari Road in Imus, Cavite. The first phase covers 15 hectares and releases only 120 lots, a density of eight lots per hectare. The plan is organised around a 2.26-hectare passive amenity core, a 0.38-hectare active amenity core and a network of linear parks, with the amenity program designed by Ar. Royal Pineda of Royal Pineda+ Architecture and Design. Lots are offered in four classifications (Park Premier, Greenside, Greenview and Prime), and project completion and turnover is set for April 30, 2030.

Location

Vermosa sits in Barangay Pasong Buaya I, Imus, on Daang Hari Road between the growth centres of Imus and Dasmariñas. Four access points serve the estate: Daang Hari via Zapote, Daang Hari via SLEX and MCX, Daang Hari via Emilio Aguinaldo Highway, and Molino Paliparan Road. The estate is 7 kilometres from MCX, 8 kilometres from the CALAX Imus exit ramp and 28 kilometres from NAIA, with Alabang at 17.4 kilometres (31 minutes), Makati at 34.5 kilometres (46 minutes) and Bonifacio Global City at 36.1 kilometres (46 minutes). The Phase 1 site lies 35 to 60 metres above mean sea level.
