I'm Heinrich Picar — a PRC-accredited and DHSUD-licensed real estate sales agent representing both Alveo Land (Ayala Land's upscale arm) and Ayala Land Premier (its luxury arm). My focus is on matching buyers — local professionals, OFWs, and international investors — with the right Ayala Land property for their plan, not the easiest sale.

The Philippine real estate market moves fast, and Ayala Land releases new inventory frequently. I track every active project I'm authorized to sell so I can give honest comparisons: turnover dates, payment terms, sample computations, and whether a particular tower is the right unit-mix for your budget. If a project isn't right for you, I'll say so.

I work in English, Filipino, Japanese, and Chinese, and have official multilingual brochures for several of the projects I carry — useful if you're buying remotely or for a family member.
