Overview

Park Central Towers stands on a 1.58 hectare site at Paseo de Roxas corner Makati Avenue, on the Roxas Triangle block beside Ayala Triangle Gardens. Two towers hold 540 residences in all, the 69-storey South Tower with 281 units and the 56-storey North Tower with 259 units, raised above a three-level retail podium. Half the site is held as open space, with the residential footprints covering only about a quarter of the lot. Around 6,900 sqm is given over to amenities and common areas, including four Sky Terraces in each tower. Leandro V. Locsin and Partners is architect of record, with landscape design by BCL Asia and Partners.
