Nasa 1.58 hectare na site ang Park Central Towers sa Paseo de Roxas corner Makati Avenue, sa Roxas Triangle block katabi ng Ayala Triangle Gardens. Dalawang tore ang may kabuuang 540 residences, ang 69-storey South Tower na may 281 units at ang 56-storey North Tower na may 259 units, nakapatong sa three-level retail podium. Kalahati ng site ay nananatiling open space, at nasa mga isang-kapat lang ng lote ang residential footprints. May humigit-kumulang 6,900 sqm na nakalaan sa amenities at common areas, kasama ang apat na Sky Terrace sa bawat tore. Leandro V. Locsin and Partners ang architect of record, at BCL Asia and Partners naman ang gumawa ng landscape design.

Nasa Paseo de Roxas corner Makati Avenue ang address, sa Roxas Triangle block sa gilid ng Ayala Triangle Gardens sa loob ng Makati Central Business District. Lakad lang ang Salcedo at Legazpi Villages, at katabi ng site ang Urdaneta at Bel-Air village enclaves. Ayala Avenue at Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue ang bumabalangkas sa distrito.
